    Overview

RegulatoryConnect is a beta service provided by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), allowing pharmaceutical companies to track licence applications and view live authorisation data in real time. It replaces legacy systems with clearer workflows, improved transparency, and self-service options for industry users.

    Role and responsibilities

I joined the team during beta, working on the Product Licensing journey and also taking responsibility for designing the homepage and core hub pages, which the service was missing.

Although parts of the service had already been designed, there was no unified entry point. I designed and prototyped the homepage and core hub pages, bringing the separate areas together into a single, coherent service.

Alongside this, I created detailed user flows and fully interactive prototypes for the multiple Product Licensing journeys, helping stakeholders and developers understand how the complex regulatory logic translated into real interactions.
